bak88 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between bak88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and you, the registered user ("you", "your", "the Player"), in respect of all services, games, promotions, and transactions conducted through bak88.app. These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of this Agreement.

By registering an account, logging in, or placing any wager on bak88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you are accessing bak88 on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. bak88 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

To be eligible to register and use bak88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bak88 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, play, or transact on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You must not already hold an existing bak88 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed immediately upon detection, with any balance forfeited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register or otherwise prohibited from accessing gambling services.

bak88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage and to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements or that provide false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.

All financial transactions on bak88 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bak88 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to a third party will be reversed and may result in account suspension.

Deposits are generally credited to your bak88 account immediately upon confirmation of payment. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes of submission during standard operating hours. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required. The following financial terms apply to all accounts:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is imposed by bak88, although individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method and account used for the most recent deposit. bak88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• bak88 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals made via supported local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• bak88 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending the completion of KYC verification, fraud investigation, or bonus wagering requirement compliance review.

All transactions are final. bak88 does not reverse completed deposits. If you believe a transaction has been processed in error, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction date at [email protected].

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bak88. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended or permanently terminated, with all funds held in the account subject to forfeiture pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate odds, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of coordinated fraudulent betting activity whether individually or as part of a syndicate.
• Depositing, transacting, or withdrawing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal operations.
• Exploiting any error, malfunction, or software vulnerability in bak88 systems to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or permitting a minor under the age of 21 to use your account for any purpose whatsoever.

bak88 cooperates with law enforcement agencies in the investigation of financial crime, fraud, and any other unlawful activity suspected to involve the Platform. Account information and transaction records may be disclosed to competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bak88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss resulting from system downtime, payment processing delays, game malfunctions, or unauthorised account access where bak88 has not been negligent.

bak88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will endeavour to maintain Platform availability at all times but cannot guarantee continuous access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and bak88, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. bak88 will use reasonable endeavours to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
